You may return ready-made, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, items must:

• Be in their original condition
• Include all original packaging, certificates, and tags

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made, engraved, or bespoke pieces
• Jewelry that has been resized or altered at your request
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty

2. Return Process

Contact our team at info@finediamondsrus.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will respond with return instructions and shipping details.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Ship using a trackable and insured method. Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
• You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email info@finediamondsrus.com immediately.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, please place a new order for the replacement item.
