Processing Time
- Standard jewellery orders are processed within 14-15 business days.
- Custom and personalized jewellery may take 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the shipment status.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes as per their country’s regulations.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom-made and engraved jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 14-15 business days after receiving the item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item when requesting a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or repair.
